Addiction Treatment
At Brightwater Landing, we treat addiction using traditional, holistic, experiential and adventure-based approaches. Trauma-informed care is an important component of our program, as we identify and treat both the symptoms and the underlying emotional, behavioral and social factors that contribute to substance abuse. Our specialized master’s-level clinicians ensure that any co-occurring mental health disorders are identified and treated along with addiction. - Several primary process-oriented, educational and experiential group therapy sessions each week
- Traditional as well as experiential and adventure-based therapies such as a ropes course and walking meditation
